Thank you for giving us this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciate our new “dream home.” We love it!! We are so happy that we were able have our house built by High Country Homes. We have lived in it for 9 months now, and it’s still hard to describe the feeling we get EVERY single time we pull up in our driveway. I don’t foresee us ever moving. It is still overwhelming. Julie and I both share this feeling. The half acre lot this house was built on is just gorgeous. With all of the mature trees that were left on it, it still feels secluded. The house, well that’s hard to put into words. It is everything and more that we ever could have dreamed of living in. It is still hard to believe it is ours. We got in on this house when it was still being framed and I am so glad we did. We were able to customize just about every single detail from the outside to the inside. So when construction was completed, it truly was everything we ever wanted. The quality and attention to detail is impeccable. Jeff is an amazing builder that was on-site every single day of construction and we attribute the quality directly to his daily oversight. Both Lori and Jeff were fantastic to work with through this sometimes hectic process. We had pages and pages of requests that probably put a lot of stress on Jeff at the time, but our requests were always handled in a friendly and professional manner that made Julie and I both feel like we were always in the best hands and made the right choice by letting High Country Homes build our “dream house.” All of our friends and family that have come over to see it have had the same reaction as we do. They are stunned and amazed when they walk in for the first time. What a feeling!! We would highly recommend to anyone to have High Country Homes give you the same experience that we had and are still feeling today. Thanks again for our gorgeous home and a great experience.

Dear Jeff and Lori,
It is with great appreciation and thanks that I write this letter. We have been in our new home for seven months. We are daily thankful to live in such a beautiful home. This home and the process of building is a tribute to your skill.
We had been warned about building. We had been warned that it would cause stress on our marriage. We had been warned about contractors. Barb and I can’t imagine the difficulties experienced by others. You have listened and been patient with us. Throughout the process of looking at plans, walking through homes you were building, and our own construction, you made our “first time home building project” a calm affair. You worked with us, kept us informed, and on our end there were no surprises. You handled the surprises we gave you with understanding. We tried not to have too many changes.
We appreciate you coming to our annual bar-b-que. We never felt that we were “just a contract” to you. You have always answered our questions and been interested in what is happening in our home. We feel our working relationship is indeed a friendship. As we walk through our home now, and during construction, we feel that you were building a home for “our family”, not a faceless number. We appreciate that you continue to answer the phone when we call.
